Terms of Service:
Booking & Payment:
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be made by the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled session if notified in a timely manner. Failure to reschedule within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Weather & Emergencies:
In the case of inclement weather or emergencies, the session may be rescheduled without additional fees.
Image Delivery:
You will receive professionally edited high-resolution digital images within 14 days after the session via a private online gallery. The gallery will be available for 90 days for downloads.
Usage Rights:
Images may be used by The Creator Media for promotional purposes, including website, social media, and advertising, unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Clients may use images for personal, non-commercial purposes. For commercial use, please inquire about licensing options.
Client Responsibilities:
It is the client's responsibility to arrive on time for the session. If the client is late, the session may be shortened accordingly, without adjustment to the agreed-upon fee.
